The “SAW II”/HALLOWEEN COSTUME WAREHOUSE Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes")
is intended for viewing and participation only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”)
and shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by, U.S. law. Do not participate in the
Sweepstakes unless you meet the eligibility requirements set forth below and are a legal resident physically
located in the United States at the time of entry.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time
(EST) on October 1, 2005 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on November 1, 2005 (“Entry Period”). By
participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and
abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Lions Gate Films Inc. (“Sponsor”), which
shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY:This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are (i) legal residents
of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), located in the U.S. at the time of entry, and
(ii) age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Party City Corporation,
and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives,
advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as the
immediate family members and/or those persons living in the same households of such employees, officers
and directors are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
